VALIANT continues to be one of the focal points of the industry’s leading clubs and new squads continue to be announced. This is the case of KPI Gaming, which has revealed its farewell to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive to welcome the Riot Games game.
The Spanish club, well established in CS: GO and with a long history in it, has decided to make a major turnaround in its strategy to bet on a title that is gaining more and more strength in our country. It will live with its Fortnite squad, its TFT and Warcraft players and its long list of content creators.
The VALORANT team of KPI Gaming will be led by José Luis ‘HUMANZ’ Cebrián , who will be accompanied by Manuel ‘Thinkk’ Martínez, Cristian ‘doAm’ Ribeiro, Antonio ‘Guardy’ Guardiola and Jesús ‘Chechuu’ Díaz . At the head of the quintet will be Manuel ‘Masen1’ Serrano as coach.
KPI Gaming has wanted to present it with a video in which they collect some of their best moments as a club in CS: GO as a farewell and in which they announce their players in a spectacular way by dressing different VALORANT agents in white, yellow and black, the representative colors of the club.
Although the KPI decision may be surprising since CS: GO has historically been one of its flagships, the truth is that it is quite aligned with what is happening in the Spanish scene since Valve’s shooter is in a certain decline – always at the national level — and VALORANT has burst in with great force.
Since a few months after its launch, different Spanish companies have decided to position themselves and create their first game tournaments, especially highlighting the Genesis Cups of the LVP or the strong presence of Alicante’s GGTech Entertainment in the Latin American market.
